Our office is situated at 8/A on Kashinath Dhuru Road in Khar Wadi. We are right in Khodiyar Nagar, and if you look across the street, you’ll see the Ravindra Natyamandir. Chetan Bhatt Estate Consultants is the name on our door. It’s an area with a lot of history and culture, especially with the theater right there. We spend a lot of time talking to people about properties and looking over maps and documents that we keep in drawers. The office is small and filled with files from over the years. We have a few chairs for guests to sit on while we chat about things. Being in Khar Wadi means we see a lot of local life every single day. The traffic can be a bit much when there is a big show at Ravindra Natyamandir, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team helping us. It’s just us here at the desk working through the paperwork. Chetan Bhatt Estate Consultants is a place where we try to keep things clear and simple for everyone. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. Sometimes we just stand outside for a bit of air and watch the crowds walk by. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and serves us well enough. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in Khodiyar Nagar, but we’ve stayed put at 8/A. It’s a busy life but it’s a good one for us. We just keep things moving.
