Welcome Estate

Our office is at 3 Chembur 20th Road, right on the ground floor of Coral Classic. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking, even though we’re right next to the Azuri Hotel. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy for people to just walk in. Welcome Estate has been here for years, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. We remember when some of the newer buildings weren't even there. The office is a bit small, with just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We keep a lot of our files in boxes under the tables because there isn't enough shelf space. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people visit at once. Sometimes the smell of food from the hotel next door drifts in, which makes us hungry before it’s even lunchtime. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big logos on the wall. It’s just a plain room where we handle property papers and talk to folks about where they want to live. The light in the back room flickers sometimes, but we haven't gotten around to changing the bulb yet. We’re usually too busy with the phones or driving out to show someone a place. It’s a simple life here in Chembur, and we’re happy to be part of the local street.
