Our office is located at 506 Om Prakash Arcade in Chembur. We are right across the road from Dr Ambedkar Garden. It’s a nice view to have, especially when the trees are green in the morning. We work as realtors, mostly helping people find flats or office spaces in this part of Mumbai. Chembur is a huge area and it can be really confusing if you don’t know your way around the different sectors. We’ve spent years learning every corner and every building. Our office is on the fifth floor, and the lift is sometimes a bit moody, but it usually works. We aren't a big company with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who know the local market and the people living here. We don't use those fancy sales pitches or try to pressure anyone into a deal. If a place isn't right for you, we’ll just tell you plainly. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting people for tea to discuss what they are looking for. It’s a lot of running around from one building to another. Sometimes the traffic makes us late for a showing, but people around here understand how it is. We don't have a polished corporate look. We just try to be practical and find people a place that fits their budget. Most of our clients are just regular people.
