Our sales office for Tridhaatu Realty Infra Pvt Ltd is located in Shrikant Chambers. We are in the B Wing on the 5th floor. The building is in Chembur East, specifically in the Pete Chennappa Industrial Estate. It’s right next to R K Studios, which is a big landmark that helps people find us. We spend our days here talking to folks about new projects and infrastructure work. It’s a busy office, especially being on the 5th floor where we can see a bit of the area. We aren't into fancy corporate talk. We just show people the plans and explain what’s going on with the buildings. Being near the industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity around. We have a small team here at the sales office. We mostly handle the initial questions and the paperwork for people interested in what we are building. It can get pretty hectic when a new project starts. We try to stay organized, though it’s not always perfect. We’ve been at Shrikant Chambers for a while now. Most people know us because of the location next to the studios. We just take things one day at a time, answering phones and meeting with anyone who walks in. It’s a practical way to run a sales office. We just focus on the projects and the people who want to live in them.
