The office is actually just a small space in Sunder Apartment, over in Chembur B-55. I started doing this because I’ve lived in this building and the surrounding blocks for years. People kept asking me about which flats were opening up or who was moving out. It felt natural to just start helping out officially. It’s not a storefront on the main road, so you have to know where you’re going to find us. Usually, it’s just me and maybe one other person here. I don’t use a lot of fancy software or anything like that. Just a notebook and some local contacts I’ve made over the decades. It’s a quiet place to work most mornings.
