We have been at Riddhi Siddhi Complex for a while now. It is right opposite Sahakar Plaza on 4th Road in Chembur. The office is small but we keep busy. Mostly we handle flats and shops around this part of Jai Hind. People just walk in when they see the board outside. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic on the road, but it is a good spot. We know the buildings here pretty well. Sometimes it is hard to find the right place for someone, but we try to look through everything that is available. Mostly it is just me and a couple of others here. We have files piled up, some old and some new. We do not do fancy ads or anything. Most of our work comes from neighbors or people who live in the complex itself. If you are looking for a rental or to buy something near the plaza, you probably saw our sign. It is not a big corporate setup. We just talk to people, see what they need, and show them a few places. Some days are slow, while others we are running around all over Chembur. We have seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New buildings are coming up where old ones used to be. It is just how it is. We stay here, keep the doors open, and answer the phone when it rings. Not much more to it than that. If you are passing by Jai Hind 4th Road, you will see us there on the ground floor.
