Rhea Real Estate

Rhea Real Estate is a small shop, specifically Shop No 5 at Plot No B 84 in Poke Chembur. We are quite close to the Syndicate Bank, which is the landmark we tell everyone to look for when they are trying to find us. Chembur is a busy place, and our shop is right in the thick of it. It is a pretty simple setup inside, just a desk, some chairs, and a fan that sometimes makes too much noise. We have been here for a while, and we mostly deal with the people who already live in the area or have family nearby. Most of the time, we are just middle-men, helping people sort out their rental agreements or finding someone to buy a small shop or a flat. The paperwork in this business is never-ending, and we spend a lot of our afternoon filling out forms or going to the registrar's office. We do not have any big slogans or fancy brochures. People usually just walk in because they saw our sign while going to the bank or the market. We know which buildings in Chembur are old and which ones are being planned for redevelopment. It is just basic local knowledge that we have picked up over the years. We stay busy with the local crowd, and that is usually enough for us.
