This shop is located in Shop No 3 of the Shanti Niketan building, specifically in the D Wing of N G Chembur. We are right near Sawan Bazar, which is always busy, so there is usually a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Nagori Estate Consultant has been operating out of this small space for quite some time now. It is a simple setup with a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in various property documents and local maps of the Chembur area. We spend most of our mornings catching up on which flats are vacant and who is looking to move. The D wing is a bit tucked away, but once people find us, they usually just sit and chat about what they need. It is not a very formal place. We wear regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors because that is mostly who comes in. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it keeps the heat away while we look through the listings. Dealing with property around Sawan Bazar means knowing all the little alleys and which buildings have good water supply. We don't have a big team or anything. It is just a few of us making sure the rental agreements are signed and the keys get handed over to the right people on time. It is straightforward work that keeps us occupied throughout the week without much fuss or complication.
