Muthreja Realtors

We are Muthreja Realtors. Our address is a bit of a mix, showing us in Chembur (E), Mumbai, but also near Ramanbag High School in Pune. It sounds confusing but that is just how our details are set up. We spend our time between these places, dealing with whatever property needs come up. It is a lot of traveling and phone calls. Chembur is a busy area and Ramanbag High School is a well-known landmark, so we are usually somewhere in between. Our office isn't one of those high-rise corporate suites. It’s more of a local spot where people can just walk in. We don't have a big staff. It's mostly just a couple of us handling the listings and the clients. We aren't into fancy slogans. We just know the streets and the buildings around these neighborhoods quite well. Some days we are in Mumbai and other days we are checking things out near Pune. It keeps us on our toes. The paperwork can be a lot sometimes, and the traffic is never great, but we get through it. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we’ve seen how the market goes up and down. We just keep showing up and doing the work, whether it's a small flat or a bigger plot. We carry a lot of keys and folders around with us everywhere we go.
