We are located on P L Lokhande Marg, specifically in the Ramabai Colony area of Chembur. Our office is part of the Sharnam Society, right at Darbar Chokdi. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Hanuman Temple, which is probably the easiest way to find the place. Chembur is a crowded, lively area and being near the temple means there is always a lot of foot traffic and energy around. We have been doing real estate here for a while, mostly helping folks find apartments or small shops in the colony. The office is pretty basic, just a desk and some chairs where we can sit and talk through the options. We know these streets like the back of our hand because we are out walking them every single day. Whether it is Sharnam Society or the neighboring buildings, we stay on top of what is vacant. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic at the Chokdi, but that is just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We don't try to act like some big fancy firm. We are just local people who understand how hard it can be to find a decent place to live in Chembur. We listen to what people need and see if we have anything that matches. It is a lot of back and forth with landlords and tenants, but we just keep at it.
