Our shop is Dosti Real Estate Property Consultants and you can find us at Shop No 1 A on Sion Trombay Road. We are right in Chembur East, directly across from R K & Asha Studio. It’s a very busy road, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic passing by our front door. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know our little shop. It isn't very big, but it’s enough for us to sit down with customers and go over property details. We have a few chairs and a desk that has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We don't believe in using big marketing words or trying to sound like a huge corporation. We are just a local consultancy trying to help people find a place to live or work in Chembur. Often, we are out showing flats or looking at shops nearby, so the shop might be closed for a bit during the day. We just put a sign on the door and head out. Being opposite the studio is a good landmark for us. We see all kinds of people every day and that's the best part of the job. It’s not always easy dealing with all the paperwork and the legal stuff, but we get through it. We just keep things practical and try to be honest with everyone who stops by. We’ve been here long enough that it feels like part of the furniture.
