Dashmesh Properties is situated at 110-B in Chembur. We are located right near Ashish Cinema, which most people around here use as a landmark. Being so close to the cinema means there’s always something happening nearby. Our work involves a lot of walking around the neighborhood to check on available properties. We handle everything from small apartments to shop spaces. It’s a busy area and the real estate market here never really stops. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some of the old buildings are being replaced by new ones, and it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big team or a fancy setup. It is just a straightforward office where we keep our files and meet with people who want to buy or rent something.
