You can find us on the 1st floor of the Shivaloya Shopping Centre, which is near Natraj Cinema on Bhatar Road in Chembur. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we are right there once you get up to the first floor. We have been in this shopping center for quite a while now. The office is full of old maps and folders because we like to keep track of everything ourselves. It is a local business, through and through. We focus on the Chembur and Bhatar Road area because that is what we know best. We are not some big firm with branches everywhere. It is just this one office where we sit and handle whatever comes our way. Sometimes it is a family looking for a bigger flat, other times it is someone wanting a small shop space. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a person to open the door for you. You just walk in and we talk. We try to be helpful and just tell people the truth about the properties we see. Some buildings are better than others, and we do not mind saying so. It is just about being practical and helping our neighbors find a place that works for them. We are usually here six days a week, unless something comes up. It is a steady job and we have built a lot of relationships over the years just by being in this same spot.
