Chandra Estate

Chandra Estate is located over at Pandurang Bhavan Building. We are in 16 Chembur, specifically in Gujrat Colony, at number 15. Being near Corporation Bank helps because just about everyone in the neighborhood knows where that is. We've been working out of this building for a long time now. It’s a plain office, nothing special to look at, but it gets the job done. We mostly deal with local housing and apartments. Chembur is a big area, but Gujrat Colony has its own quiet feel. We spend our days answering the phone or waiting for folks to drop in and chat. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we always find what we need. It's definitely not a corporate setup. We just help people find a place to stay or help them move out when they need to. It’s straightforward, practical work. We don't use any fancy systems, just our notebooks and what we know about the local streets. Sometimes it's very quiet, and other times it's a bit of a rush to get things done. Pandurang Bhavan is a decent building. We've gotten to know the other tenants and shopkeepers around here. It feels like a real community. If you're looking for our place, just head toward the bank. We aren't hard to find. We just try to be helpful when someone walks through the door. No big sales pitches. We just know who is moving and what is available.
