Bhumit Estate

Bhumit Estate is based out of Mulund West, though we also handle things for the Chembur Colony area. We have a P.O. Box at number 17792 for our mail. Dealing with real estate in both Mulund and Chembur keeps us on our toes because these are two very active parts of the city. We spend a lot of our time traveling between these locations to meet clients or look at new listings. Our setup isn't anything elaborate. We focus on the basics of buying, selling, and renting properties. It’s a local business through and through. We know the shortcuts between Mulund and Chembur and which buildings are the best to live in. We don't have a big corporate office with a lobby. Instead, we work out of a modest space where we can get our work done without distractions. People often call us because they heard about us from a friend or a neighbor. We like that because it means we are doing something right. The property market around here can be a bit chaotic, but we try to stay calm and help people navigate it. We don't make big promises. We just look at what’s available and see if it fits what someone is looking for. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. We just try to keep things moving along for everyone involved in a deal so they can get settled.
