Anila Estate Consultant is based at Shop No 1 on the ground floor. We are in the Centr Chembur Kothrud Industrial Area. It is quite easy to find us because we are right opposite the SBI bank. Being in an industrial area means the surroundings are a bit different from a typical residential neighborhood. There are lots of trucks and workers moving about all day. The ground floor shop is small but it serves us well. We don't have any polished carpets or fancy lighting. It is a practical space for an industrial zone. Opposite the SBI bank is a good landmark for people who are coming to see us for the first time. We spend our days dealing with various tasks and talking to the people who work in the surrounding units. Chembur and Kothrud are busy places and being in the industrial part of it keeps us on our toes. The noise from the machinery and traffic is something you just get used to after a while. We have our desks set up and we just get on with it. It is an honest day's work in a very busy part of town. Shop No 1 is where you will find us most of the time. We aren't doing anything complicated, just running a local business in a busy industrial setting. That is about it. We just try to keep things moving along for the people who come in.
