We’ve been at the Karishma Centre for a good while now. Our office is up on the third floor, right in the middle of Chembur. If you know the Ambedkar Garden area, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a busy spot, but we like it because everything is close by. Aarti Land Consultant is basically just us helping people figure out land deals and paperwork that usually gets everyone confused. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with maps and documents lying around, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy with this kind of work. We aren't a big fancy firm with receptionists in suits. It’s mostly just us sitting here, answering calls and talking to folks who stop by to ask about plots or legal bits. The building at 19 Chembur is pretty easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We spend most of our days looking over site plans or heading out to meet people at different locations. It can be a lot of back and forth. On some days, we just grab tea from the stall downstairs and catch up on the latest local news. People know where to find us if they need help with anything related to land. It is straightforward work, really. We just try to get things done without making it more complicated than it needs to be for the people who are coming in to see us.
