Chembur Real Estate

We sit here in the Chembur Navketan Building. We’ve seen things change around here quite a bit over the years. Mostly we help folks with flats and shops. It’s a busy spot in Chembur. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls, just a few desks and some chairs really. People walk in all day asking about rent or what's selling in the next lane. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. It’s mostly local stuff we deal with. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we chat about how the neighborhood is changing. It’s not a fast business, and it takes a lot of time to get all the papers right. My cousin actually started this a while back. Now I spend most of my day answering the old phone or looking through piles of documents. Navketan is an old landmark, so everyone knows where to find us. We don't do much fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor who moved recently. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the construction going on outside, but that's just how it is in Chembur these days. We keep track of who's moving where and who is looking for a place. Nothing too complicated really. If you're looking for a spot, we probably know who is moving out next month. Just a normal office doing normal work every day.
