Chandivali Property

Chandivali Property is based out of Parsi Wadi on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. Our office is tucked behind Maniklal Estate. If you’ve ever been on LBS Marg, you know how the traffic is—just a constant line of cars and buses. Our little spot is a bit more tucked away. We spend our days dealing with the local real estate market around here. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls. We aren't big-time brokers with fancy suits. Most of the time, we are out on our scooters, going from one building to another to check on a flat or meet a landlord. The office is pretty basic, just a couple of chairs and a table where we look over maps and documents. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan on high and keep the door open for a bit of a breeze. We know the lanes of Parsi Wadi and the surrounding blocks very well. People come to us when they are looking for a place to rent or if they have a shop they want to sell. It’s a lot of back-and-forth negotiations that can take weeks. We just try to be straightforward about what’s available and what the prices are like in Ghatkopar these days. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something to do, whether it’s checking a leak in a property or meeting a new client at the estate.
