Chamunda Estate Consultants Pvt Ltd is based on the ground floor of Vasant Sadhana, specifically in unit B/001. We are located in Kandivali West, which is a busy area, but being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in when they need something. The office is pretty standard. We have some desks, a few cupboards for all the documents, and a small space for people to sit if they’re waiting. It’s not a very big place, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here. I usually arrive in the morning and start by clearing off the desk from whatever was left the day before. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. No suits or fancy presentations here. We just talk to people like normal and try to get their questions answered. Vasant Sadhana is a well-known building in Kandivali West, so we don't usually have to give long directions. Sometimes the hallway outside B/001 gets a bit noisy with people coming and going from the building, but we don't mind the bustle. It feels like we’re right in the middle of things. We’ve been in this ground floor spot for a good while, and we’ve gathered quite a collection of files over the years. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office where we handle the daily business of being estate consultants for the local community.
