Chaitanya Estate Agency. We are situated at 50 Kandivali East in Dattani Park, specifically in the H Wing of Gokul Nagari II. Our office is right opposite the Gokul Concorde Towers and just off the Western Express Highway. Being so close to the highway means there’s always a lot of movement around here. The office is part of a larger residential complex, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood spot. We’ve been here at Dattani Park for quite some time now. Our space is functional, with a few desks and chairs for when people come to visit. We spend a lot of time looking out at the towers across the way and talking to the people who live in Gokul Nagari. Because it’s a busy part of Kandivali, there are always people asking about flats or shop spaces. We don't do anything corporate or polished; it’s just us helping out with local property needs. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking over to different wings of the complex to check on things. We know the shortcut to the highway and all the local landmarks. It’s a straightforward business, and we like the fact that we are right where the action is. No big speeches or promises, just honest daily work in our little corner of the H Wing. We keep the kettle on and the door unlocked for anyone who wants to chat about the local property market.
