This Cbre office is located at 10 Harkali Niwas, right in Nardas Nagar. Being in Bhandup West means we're right in the thick of things in Mumbai. It’s a busy part of the city, and Shivdarshan Path always has people moving about. We’ve got this small spot where we handle all our local business. It’s not a high-rise office with a view of the ocean, just a simple room in a regular building. Our computers are set up on basic desks and we have a few chairs for when we need to sit down and talk things through. Sometimes the commute is a real struggle with the Mumbai traffic, but that's just part of living here. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing every day. It’s more of a shirt-sleeves-rolled-up kind of environment. Maharashtra is where we focus our work, trying to keep everything moving. Usually, there's a bit of dust from the road outside, and the ceiling fan hums while we work. It’s an honest place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. The goal is simply to get the job done and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s just a group of us working out of Bhandup, making sure we stay on top of our daily tasks. We appreciate the people who stop by to talk business in person.
