Cb Richard Ellis

We are situated in Mulund East, specifically at A 101 in Building Number 3 of Neelam Nagar. This is a residential and commercial mix area called Gavanpada. It’s a very Mumbai kind of place where things are a bit cramped but everyone makes it work. Our office is just one part of this big building. We focus on real estate services for Cb Richard Ellis in the surrounding area and the rest of the city. We don't have a fancy entrance with a red carpet. You just walk in and see people working on their computers. There’s usually a stack of documents on every desk because there is always a lot of paperwork with property. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because of the Mumbai humidity. We have a small team here. We know each other's families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't try to sound like we are changing the world. We just try to find the right spaces for people and businesses. Outside, the street is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking to the station. We are used to it. It’s part of being in Mulund. We take our work seriously, but we do it in a very regular, everyday way. There’s no corporate polish here, just people doing their jobs in a neighborhood office.
