Catering & Allied

Our office for Catering & Allied is at 30 K Dubash Marg in the Kalaghoda area of Fort. We are right across from the Jehangir Art Gallery, which is one of the most famous spots in this part of town. The building is quite old, like most things in Fort, and it has high ceilings and those big windows that let in a lot of light. Being in Kalaghoda is interesting because there are always tourists and art lovers walking around outside. We have been in this location for many years, and the space is filled with old desks and stacks of papers from past projects. We aren't a big corporate catering firm with a polished image; we are more of a practical group that knows the ins and outs of the city. We spend our mornings coordinating with vendors and our afternoons making sure the deliveries are on track. The traffic in Fort can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our big movements done early. There is no fancy lobby here, just a door that stays open during the day so the breeze can come through. We know the tea stall owners and the other local workers on the street by name. It is a very grounded way of doing business, where your word matters more than a fancy contract. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done to keep things moving.
