Catering Aid

Catering Aid is tucked into Unit No. 16B at the Jyoti Industrial Estate. We are in building number 7, right behind Shakti Nagar in Dahisar East. This place is usually buzzing with activity because the industrial estate is full of small workshops. We deal with all kinds of equipment that caterers need to run their businesses. You’ll see big stainless steel pots, burners, and all sorts of kitchen utensils stacked up around the unit. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we try to fit a lot of inventory into the space. Dahisar East can be a busy climb during the morning rush, so we usually try to get here early to beat the worst of the traffic on the way in. People often come in looking for a specific part for a stove or a large set of plates for an event they have coming up. We spend a lot of time helping people load these heavy items into their vans or rickshaws. The floor is concrete and can get a bit cold in the winter, but usually, it’s just the hum of the nearby units that fills the air. It’s honest work, helping people get the tools they need to cook for hundreds of people at a time. We’re just a small part of the big catering world, doing our bit every day behind Shakti Nagar to keep the kitchens running.
