Care Properties

We set up Care Properties at Shop No 8 in the Nimbus Centre. It is situated off N Andheri West, right behind Sab Tv. Being behind a big place like Sab Tv makes it easy to explain where we are to people. The Nimbus Centre is a busy spot with lots of different businesses going on. Our shop is not huge, but it is enough for what we do. We handle property stuff all day long, mostly around Andheri West. It is a fast-moving part of the city, so there is always something happening. We are not interested in being a big corporate firm. We just want to run Care Properties in a way that makes sense for us and the people we help. You will usually find one or two of us at Shop No 8, probably on the phone or drinking coffee. The walls are covered with some notices and local area maps. We know the backstreets of Andheri West quite well. People drop in all the time just to ask about prices or what is available in the Nimbus Centre area. We do not have any fancy speeches prepared. We just talk about the properties as they are. It is a bit cramped in the office sometimes with all the files, but it feels like home to us now. We just take things one day at a time here and try to keep the paperwork organized so we don't lose anything.
