We are located over in the Swastik Chambers building. It’s in the MIDC area of Masjid Bunder West. Being in S Block means we are right in the middle of all the industrial activity. We sell tools. It’s a simple business. We don't have a huge showroom with glass windows or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our stock and talk to customers who know what they need. Most of the people who come here are workers or small workshop owners from around the area. We’ve been here for some time now. The building is a bit older, and the hallways can be dark sometimes. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s usually dusty because of all the construction and movement around MIDC. We don’t mind. It feels like home after all these years. We try to keep things organized, but there are always crates and parts lying around. You learn to navigate the stacks. We talk to the other shop owners around here. It’s a practical environment. No one wears suits. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy boxes. If you're looking for us, Swastik Chambers is well known enough in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and do our work every day. It's not a flashy place but it gets the job done for us and the people we supply tools to.
