You can find us in the Rangwala Building, specifically in Room B-6 on the first floor. We are located on Moulana Azad Road near Jacob Circle in Mumbai. This is a very old part of the city, and the building reflects that history. It’s not one of those new glass towers you see in BKC; it has high ceilings and old wooden doors. Being at Jacob Circle means we are right in the heart of the hustle. The traffic outside is almost never-ending, but once you step into our room, it gets a bit quieter. We handle our South Asia operations from this small corner of Mumbai. There are usually files everywhere because we deal with a lot of documentation for the properties we manage. Our desks are a bit crowded, and the wiring for the computers is a bit of a mess under the tables, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a local guy who brings us cutting chai every morning and afternoon. It’s a very practical environment where the work is the main focus. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walls a bit damp, but that’s just life in an old Mumbai building. We are just a group of people working hard in a busy neighborhood.
