Business Tools Centre

We have been right here at 43/45 Nagdevi Cross Lane for quite a long time now. Most of the people around this neighborhood know the shop because we keep a huge variety of different tools packed into the shelves. It is a really busy street, and there is always something being moved around on wooden carts. We mainly deal with business tools, which is why we picked the name Business Tools Centre. This isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a regular, practical shop where we try to keep things in some kind of order so you can actually find what you need. My father was the one who started everything, and we just kept the doors open. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in here when we get a big delivery and boxes are stacked up to the ceiling, but we know where every single item is kept. If you are walking down the lane, you will probably see us standing near the front. We spend most of our time talking to regular customers and making sure the orders are packed and ready to go. There is a lot of noise from the trucks and the laborers outside, but that is just how life is in Nagdevi. We do not bother with advertising because most people just find us by walking past. We try to keep things simple and our stock levels high.
