Bunty Shunty

Our shop, Bunty Shunty, is at Shop 10 in the Hirnen Shopping Centre. We are located in Goregaon West, right across from the Ratna Hotel. It’s a busy little shopping center with a lot of different stalls and stores packed together. We have been here in Shop 10 for a long time. People who live in Goregaon usually know the Ratna Hotel, so they find us pretty easily. The shop isn’t very big, so we have to use every bit of space we have. Most of the day is spent handling customers and rearranging things on the shelves. It gets quite crowded on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. We like the vibe of the Hirnen Shopping Centre though. There is always someone to talk to or some news to hear from the other shopkeepers. We keep the place running from morning until late evening. It is a lot of standing around and talking, but we enjoy it. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we make do. It is just a normal, local shop where we do our best to keep things organized. We don’t have any big corporate plans; we just want to keep the shop going well in this neighborhood. Being right on the main road helps people notice us as they go by. We are always here from Monday to Saturday, just doing our thing in Shop 10 for the local crowd who stop by the center.
