Brilliant International Llp

We are based at the Brilliant Complex, right along the Western Express Highway in Miragaon. It is a convenient spot because the highway is right there, though the noise from the trucks is constant. Brilliant International Llp has been in this Mira Road area for a bit. Our office is a mix of desks and large storage crates. We do a lot of coordination from here. It is mostly about logistics and moving goods from one place to another. Some days are incredibly slow and we just sit around talking about the news. Other days, three trucks show up at once and everyone has to jump up to help unload. The building itself is sturdy but starting to show its age here and there. We have a small pantry where we make our own chai during the afternoon. The windows look out towards the heavy traffic. It is not the most scenic view, but it keeps us connected to the city. We have a few guys who handle the paperwork and others who manage the floor. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all know the local shortcuts to avoid the jams. We do not use big words or have meetings that last for hours. We just talk about what needs to be shipped and who needs to be called next. It is a practical way to spend the day. We try to stay dry during the monsoon, but usually, we are here regardless.
