We are based in Kandivali East, right in the Bizzyland Complex. Our shop is number 40, and if you know the area, we are basically opposite Thakur Cinema. It gets quite busy around here, especially on weekends when movies are playing, but we like the energy. Brij Estate Agency Consultancy has been around for some time now, just helping people with property stuff in this part of Mumbai. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to different folks, but that is how it goes. Some days are quiet, while others have us running around between different buildings in Krishna Vasant Sag. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down, have a chai, and figure out what a person needs. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen the sign while going to the cinema. We know these streets well, from the little gullies to the newer high-rises going up. If someone is looking for a flat or needs to sort out a lease, they just walk in and ask. There is no big secret to how we work; we just know who is selling and who is buying. It’s a local life here in Kandivali, and we are just a small part of the neighborhood, trying to keep things simple for everyone who stops by our door.
