Breeze Instruments & Hardware is right on Abdul Rehman Street at number 160. If you know where the Central Bank is, we’re located right next to it. This street is one of the busiest places you’ll ever see, always full of people and goods moving back and forth. It’s a narrow shop, but we’ve packed it with all kinds of instruments and hardware items over the years. We’ve been here a long time and have seen the street change quite a bit. It’s loud and chaotic outside, but inside we try to keep some kind of order with all the boxes and shelves. We don’t have a fancy display or anything. Most of the stuff is just stacked up where we can reach it. People come in looking for specific parts or tools, and we do our best to find what they need in the stacks. It’s a very traditional way of running a shop. We don’t use much technology besides the basics. It’s about knowing your stock and talking to the people who walk through the door. The space is tight, and sometimes it’s hard to move around when we get a big delivery. We just enjoy being part of the market here. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but it’s what we do every day. It gets tiring sometimes, but we've got our routine down.
