Our main place of business is in Dadar West, specifically at number 8. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Since we do catering, most of our day is about the food and making sure it gets to where it needs to go on time. We have a kitchen that stays busy from the early morning hours until late at night. The smell of spices and cooking is pretty much everywhere here. It is a family-run operation, even if the name sounds a bit more formal. We handle a lot of traditional meals for various functions around the Dadar area. It is a very crowded part of town, so getting our delivery vans out in the morning is always a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We do not really do any fancy marketing or advertising. Most of our customers find us because they ate our food at someone else’s party and liked it. We keep our process pretty simple. We use fresh ingredients and have enough people in the kitchen to get the job done right. Sometimes we run out of specific items and have to send someone to the local market quickly. It is just part of the job. We have a small crew of cooks who have been with us for many years. They know exactly how we want things cooked. The office is just a small room where we keep our bills.
