Our office is located at Shop 6 in the Chandresh Apartments over in Nehru Nagar. Being in Borivali, it stays pretty busy around here most of the time. We go by Om Shivam Estate & Property Consultant. It's a small place, nothing too special to look at. We spend our days talking to people about flats and shops in the neighborhood. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local blocks. Nehru Nagar has a lot of old buildings and some newer ones too, so there is always a lot to keep track of. We’ve been operating out of Chandresh Apartments for a bit. It’s a convenient spot for people to drop by after they finish their grocery shopping or while they are out for a walk. We don't have a big corporate team, just us. We know which buildings have water issues and which ones are built well. People come in asking for advice on rentals or buying a small place for their family. We just give them the facts. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone’s uncle or friend told them to come talk to us. We like it that way because it keeps things honest. The fan in the office makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. It’s just part of how we do things here every day in Borivali.
