Lotus Estate Agency is located at D/17/5 in Borivali. We are situated near the Aura Hotel, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The office is a basic room where we keep our registers and meet with clients. Borivali is a crowded and fast-moving suburb, so there is never a dull moment. We have been working in this area for a long time and we know almost every lane and building around this part of the neighborhood. Our daily routine is pretty much the same. We start early, check which flats have become vacant, and then start making calls. It’s a lot of legwork, literally. We spend hours walking through different wings of buildings and talking to watchmen to get the latest news. We don’t put on any acts or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just local people who know how the local property market works. If someone wants to live near the station or prefers a quieter spot further back, we usually have something to show them. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like because of the various rules, but we just stick with it until it’s finished. We’re usually around the office most days, unless we are out showing a property to someone. It’s a simple life and a simple business, right here near the hotel.
