Borvali Housing Consultancy is located at 58 Borivali, right opposite C U Shah College. We are on the 1st floor, so you just have to walk up one flight. It is a handy location because the college is such a big landmark that nobody ever gets lost trying to find us. We’ve been in this building for a long time. The office is a bit old-fashioned. It is comfortable and has everything we need to do our work. Being across from the college means there is always a lot of activity on the street. Students are always walking by and there are plenty of shops nearby. We mostly focus on the housing needs of people right here in Borivali. We know the buildings and the landlords around this area quite well. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to figure out what they need. Sometimes it’s a small rental. Other times it’s something bigger. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny reception area. It’s just us and our desks and a lot of paperwork. We’ve seen Borivali change so much over the decades. New complexes go up everywhere. We just stay here in our 1st-floor office and keep helping people navigate the local market. It is honest, simple work. If you need to chat about a place, you can just drop in. We are usually around unless we are showing a flat.
