Our shop for Vighnaharta Estate Consultant is Shop No 38 in Building No H. We are situated in New Borivali West, specifically in the Krishnarajapuram Devasandra area. If you know where Sayli International School is, we are very close to that. It’s a good landmark because almost everyone in the neighborhood knows the school. We spend most of our time here helping people navigate the property world, which can be confusing. It’s a lot of advice and looking through different listings. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve made it comfortable enough for a chat and a glass of water. We’ve been in this part of Borivali for a while and we’ve seen how the Krishnarajapuram area has expanded over time. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just local consultants who know the local market like the back of our hands. Some days we are just shuffling papers and other days we are out showing houses near Devasandra to new families. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that, just our shop and our reputation with the people who live around here. Being near the school means it gets quite busy in the afternoons when the kids are coming out, but we like the life it brings to our street.
