Vighnaharta Estate Agent & Contractor is located at Plot No 222, C/6, in the Triratna Coo society. We are in Borivali West, specifically in the Nayan Gaon area, quite close to the Shivneri Building. It’s a bit tucked away in the lanes, but once you find the right building, we aren't hard to spot at all. We do a mix of things here, both estate agency work and contracting for repairs and building. It keeps us on our feet because one minute we are talking about a rental and the next we are looking at a renovation project with a bucket of paint. The office is usually a bit messy with samples, tools, and files, but that’s just how we work best. We’ve lived and worked in Borivali for years, so we have a good feel for the streets and the old buildings around here. We aren't the type to use big corporate words or slogans. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Contracting work can be unpredictable with weather and supplies, but we do our best to stay on a decent schedule. Being near Shivneri Building is a good landmark for us to give out. It’s a busy neighborhood but we like the energy of Nayan Gaon. We’ve built a steady little business here at Vighnaharta and we just keep plugging away at it every single day we are open.
