Sweet Home Estate Consultancy operates out of Shop No 4 on Plot No 87. You can find us in the Gorai area of Borivali West. We are also near the Mulund Colony side and close to Pragati School. It is one of those neighborhoods where everyone knows what is going on. We spend our days chatting with folks about their housing needs or finding a new spot for a shop. We aren't doing anything high-tech or fancy. Our office is just a place with some chairs and a lot of folders full of property details. Working in Borivali means things can get a bit hectic because people want to move fast. We do our best to stay on top of it all. If you are walking your kids to school, you probably pass by our shop. We have seen a lot of changes in the local landscape over the years. It is nice to see families we helped years ago coming back when they need something bigger. We don't use complicated jargon or try to act like we are some big-shot firm. We are just local people working a regular job. Sometimes we have to be blunt with people if a property isn't a good fit for them. Being honest is the only way to stay in business this long. It's a lot of phone calls and checking documents, but it is our daily life.
