We are based at 11, Silver In Apartment. It is located on Cross R in Borivali West, specifically down Agyari Lane. If you take the 206 bus, we are right near the last stop, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us even if they don't have a car. The office is inside the apartment building, so it has a very lived-in feel. It’s not a big glass office tower. We do our realty work from here, mostly focusing on the Borivali West area. Agyari Lane is a bit tucked away but it’s a busy little spot. We have been here for a while and we know the buildings in this neighborhood quite well. Our office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and property brochures. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; it’s just us answering the phones and talking to anyone who drops by. We spend a lot of time walking around the local blocks showing apartments to people. The 206 bus stop is a good landmark because everyone knows where the bus ends its route. We like being in this part of Borivali because everything is close by. It’s a practical place to run a business. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just list what is available and try to help people find a flat that fits what they are looking for in this part of town. It is simple work but it keeps us busy.
