Our office is located in Flat No B/9 at Modern Shashitara. It’s right there in Borivali West, specifically in the Orlem area. If you’re coming from the main road, you’ll see the flyover nearby. It makes it a bit noisy sometimes, but it helps people find us easily enough. We are just a small consultancy team working out of this flat. Sometimes it’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. We spend most of our time talking to people about flats and shops around Borivali. Orlem is a nice part of the suburb, plenty of life and small shops everywhere. We don’t have flashy signs or a big lobby. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders filled with property details. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from around here or people looking to move into the area because it’s close to the station and the markets. We try to keep things honest and just tell people what the situation is with the local real estate. There are days when we are out on site visits, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. Borivali is always changing, and we just try to keep up with who is selling what. It’s a regular day-to-day business for us, nothing too complicated. We like the neighborhood vibe and being able to grab a quick bite near the flyover when we get the chance.
