We’ve been running Shubh Laxmi Estate Consultancy from our spot here in Borivali West for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are over at Flat No 82 in Shree Omkar Chs. It’s right near Pragati College, which most people around here know well. It’s not a fancy office, just a regular space where we handle property things every day. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and people looking to move into the area. Borivali West is a busy place, and being near the college means there's always something going on outside with students and traffic. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to help people figure out the paperwork and find places to stay or set up shop. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the phone calls and visitors, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us working together. Most days involve walking around the blocks near Shree Omkar Chs to check on different sites. People stop by for a chat quite often since we are easy to find once you get to the college area. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on the local streets we know. Nothing too complicated, just keeping things moving and helping out where we can with estate matters. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our window here at Flat 82. We keep our files in old cabinets and mostly use a simple desk. It’s a real place with real people working.
