Shree Swami Estate

We’ve been running Shree Swami Estate for a good while now from our spot in Shop No 10 at the Girnar Building. If you know Borivali West, we are right by the 2nd Cross in Ramappa Layout in the Gy area. It is a busy little area, especially being so close to the MCF Club. Most days it is just us sitting here, handling paperwork or taking calls from people looking for a place to stay or sell. We started out just helping neighbors and it sort of grew into a full-time thing. There isn't much fancy about the office. We keep some chairs for visitors and a desk that usually has too many papers on it. Finding a house around Puttenahallipalya can be a bit of a headache with the traffic and how fast things change, so we just try to keep track of what is available. Sometimes we are out on the road showing sites, so the shutter might be half-down, but usually, someone is around. It is a local business, nothing big or corporate. We just know the streets here pretty well because we live and work in the same zip code. If you walk past the club, you will probably see our sign. It is a basic setup, really. We don't do big ads or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or by stopping in while they are out getting groceries. That's how it has always been for us. We just sit here and wait for the phone to ring.
