We are located at Plot No 111/D/3 in the Gulmohar Chs. This is in Borivali West, specifically on Gogtewadi Road, which is just off Aarey Road. Shree Ganesh Estate Consultant has been based here in this residential society for a while. It’s a bit quieter than being on a main highway, which is nice. We mostly deal with properties in and around Borivali. Our office isn't big, just enough space for us to work and meet a few people. We spend a lot of time on Gogtewadi Road checking on different plots and buildings. Being near Aarey Road means we see a lot of the green areas too. We help people with buying and selling homes in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of small details and making sure the forms are filled out right. We aren't a high-pressure sales team. We just show what’s available and let people decide. Borivali West is a big area, so we stay busy. Most of our clients are locals or people moving from nearby suburbs. We know the Gulmohar society well since we are right here. It’s an honest way to make a living. We have our coffee, look through the listings, and wait for the phone to ring. It’s steady and we like the routine of it. There is something nice about working in a place where you know the neighbors and the layout of every street around the corner. It's a good spot to be for real estate.
