We have been operating out of Shop No 1 in the Shri Shakti Building for quite a while now. Most people around here know exactly where we are because we are right opposite the Status Hotel in Borivali West. It is a busy little spot, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We mainly help folks find places to live or small office spaces to get their businesses started. Sometimes it is just a tiny flat, and other times it is something a bit bigger. People usually just walk in when they see our sign while they are out getting groceries or heading to the station. Our office is not one of those fancy, polished places. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and papers. We know these local streets very well. If a building has an opening, we usually hear about it pretty fast through the grapevine. Dealing with all the paperwork is just part of the daily grind, and we try to get it finished without too much of a fuss for anyone. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic and the horns, but that is just how life is in this part of Mumbai. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us here every day making sure things get done. We stay open late because that is when most people are actually free to talk.
