Sharp Estate Consultants is at Shop No 10 in the Gorai Ruby CHS. We are in Borivali West, right across from the Status Hotel. Being in a housing society like Gorai Ruby means we are right in the middle of where people live. Our shop is on the ground floor, so it is easy to just walk in from the street. The Status Hotel is a big landmark, so we usually tell people to look for that if they get lost. Borivali West is a busy place, but our little corner feels a bit more like a community. We have Shop No 10 set up with a few desks and a small table for meetings. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or people looking to move into the building or nearby blocks. We keep a lot of records in big binders on the back shelf. Sometimes we go over to the hotel for a quick coffee during the day. The office is pretty simple, nothing too modern, just a place to get the work done. We handle all sorts of estate consulting, mostly just helping people figure out where they want to live in Borivali. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in our ledger. We have been in Gorai Ruby CHS for a while and the people here know us. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood.
