This is our small setup in Borivali West, located in the Satellite Estee Apartment. It’s a quiet residential building, which makes it a nice place to talk to clients without all the street noise. I’ve been working as an agent here for quite some time. My desk is usually covered in maps and scribbled notes about which flat is available on which floor. We don't have a big staff, just me and a colleague who helps with the site visits. We know the buildings in this part of Borivali inside out. If you ask about a specific wing in an apartment complex, I can probably tell you how the sunlight hits it. We don't use much technology. A lot of our work is done through word of mouth and personal connections we've built over the years. People come to us when they want to stay in this specific area because we live here too. We understand the local problems, like parking or water timings. It’s a bit of a messy office sometimes, with keys hanging everywhere and half-empty water bottles, but it’s a real working space. We don’t put on an act. We just show you the properties we have and let you decide. It’s about finding a place where you can actually live, not just looking at pretty pictures.
