The office is tucked away in A/102 of Ramesh Apartment. If you know Borivali West, we are right near Suvarna Hospital. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. My name is Sashi and I started this a while back because I knew the neighborhood well. People just walk in after seeing the board outside. Sometimes they want to rent a small flat, other times they are looking to sell. We keep a lot of files on the desk, maybe too many. It gets a bit dusty with the window open but that's how it goes. I usually make tea for whoever drops by. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know the local buildings and which landlords are okay to deal with. It's not fancy. The chairs are a bit old and the fan makes a little noise in the summer. We spend most of the day on the phone or walking over to show rooms to families. Borivali has changed a lot since I started. More traffic now. But the people are still the same mostly. If you are near the hospital and need to ask about a place, you can just find the apartment gate and head up. It's easier to talk in person than over emails which I am not very good at anyway. We just try to help folks find a roof that fits their budget without too much fuss.
