Saraswati Property Consultant

Our shop is number 4 in the Saraswati Apartment building, right in Borivali West. Being near Bhagwati Hospital means there is always something going on outside, lots of people moving around. We have been working as Saraswati Property Consultant from this small spot for some time. Most of our day is just spent chatting with neighbors or people looking for a flat nearby. It’s a small room with a few chairs and a desk where we keep the local listings. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Usually, someone walks in because they saw our sign while going to the hospital or the market. Borivali is a crowded place, and we just try to stay on top of what is happening on our street and the ones next to it. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it. We just focus on the work right in front of us. No big corporate meetings or anything like that, just regular talks about rent or buying a small place. We know the building well since we are right on the ground floor. It’s a practical way to run a business. We keep the shop open most days and just see who stops by. It is a very local kind of thing, and we like it that way. Just a simple shop in a busy part of town. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just doing the usual paperwork and talking to whoever needs a bit of advice on the local housing market around here today.
